We will accept authorized returns of unopened seeds within 25 days of delivery.

If there is an error on your order, or if your product is received defective or damaged, we will send a replacement at no charge.

Damages or missing items, must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of your package.

In order to return, you must contact us first to obtain authorization, prior to returning any product. Items received without authorization will not be accepted, and marked return to sender.
